Shipping policy

We ask that you give 5-6 business days to fulfill your order to receive updates on your order you can follow the brand page on IG: @Slidefiles.jpg, After receiving orders, you’ll then receive a tracking number and orders will be shipped in 2-3 days.

*PLEASE NOTE* Once we ship your package we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS errors, or any delivery issues because we are not a shipping carrier everything must be handled with them being if a package is lost under their control they are responsible for claim & locating the package 

If your package is not accepted and is returned to the sender (SLIDE LLC) you must cover reshipping fees to have the package returned to you with a shipping carrier of your choice. If order is returned and not scheduled to be reshipped NO REFUND will be issued.

We suggest selecting DHL worldwide shipping at checkout for the fastest shipping experience. *Import Fees must be covered by customer*
