NO Refunds, We are not held responsible for UPS/USPS errors, or any delivery issues because we are not a shipping carrier everything must be handled with them being if a package is lost under their control they are responsible for claim & locating the package
If your package is not accepted and is returned to the sender (SLIDE LLC) you must cover reshipping fees to have the package returned to you with a shipping carrier of your choice. If order is returned and not scheduled to be reshipped NO REFUND will be issued.
All Orders will be shipped accordingly to receiving the orders in.
Exchanges are accepted on same value items that are in stock ( You must cover the shipping back, and restocking fee) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Upon validation of what you claim compensation will be handled accordingly to the issue
